What is murder – any kind of murder?
As far as UK law is concerned, murder is committed when a person of sound mind unlawfully kills another person whom they have the intention to kill.
The key words here are sound mind, unlawfully and intention.
As for the wrong kind of murder: surely all murder has to be wrong? Or is one kind of murder worse, and therefore more deserving of punishment, than another? Almost all crime fiction features murder, or at least accidental death. But some stories help us settle down
