THE Rogers sisters claimed their first major victories since a transition of rides, with Sophia taking first and third in the 148cm grand prix and Izabella claiming the under-18 title (see box, p59).

Izabella finished her pony career at the end of last year, handing over the reins of JAs Neil 55 and Queen Star to 14-year-old Sophia in January.

She piloted the 12-year-old gelding and the 11-year-old mare to first and third in this viewing trial, making a very promising first competitive attempt at a top track.
