Working on relationships

As the winter months close in and most 4WD tracks and trails get wet, slippery and soft, we need to think about their future.

As users of those tracks, we need to recognise that if they are on public land, the costs of maintenance and mitigation fall on the local land manager and if the land is a legal road, that can be someone in a small district council with few ratepayers.
