It has taken twelve months to reach this point, but I couldn't be more happy to see Project 2000 fire into life for the first timehas project-managed the build, and Paul at Retro Wiring Services who supplied the custom wiring loom which is a huge step forward from the abomination that we inherited from the former keeper. We have kept and refurbished many of the original parts in an effort to stay true to the original build, while updating certain mechanical elements including a new starter motor, alternator and battery, and also aesthetic gains including the Porsche Lizard Green rocker cover and MRM Speedshop centre.
