Baked crab & lemon gnocchi

400g pack gnocchi
 150ml double cream
 30g parmesan, finely grated, plus a little extra
 ½ lemon, juiced
 100g white crabmeat
 handful of flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
 dressed green salad, to serve
