‘It feels LIGHT AND MINIMAL’

After making the big decision to move to England from Hong Kong, we chose St Albans in Hertfordshire as our base,’ says Meko. ‘We had friends living here already, there are good schools and you can get into London if you need to easily, but you also have the countryside on your doorstep. We rented for four years to make sure we’d made the right decision and give us time to save up and then it was finally time to buy a place.

Finding a home
