Recently, we all watched on in shock and horror at Sydney, Australia, as news unfolded that schizophrenic Joel Cauchi, 40, had unleashed terror in a shopping centre. He killed five women and a male security guard with a 12-inch blade. He was shot dead by police, but devastation in the city was far from over. Just days later, a Christian bishop and a priest were stabbed during a church service and a 16-year-old was arrested following the attack.
