Goat milk ice cream is fantastic. Plan to eat it when you make it, since it’ll freeze as hard as a rock afterward and won’t be easy to dip into. For an ice cream that won’t freeze so hard, use half cream and half whole milk; it’ll also be easy to scoop, just like the store-bought stuff.
