Gathering the essentials from my kitchen cupboard, I started making a packed lunch.
It was for my son Rocco, now nine, to take to school, alongside lunches for his siblings Jesse James, now 15, and Tigerlily, now 14.
Only, Rocco’s packed lunch consisted of 12 packets of Skips, a tube of Pringles and a Kit Kat bar.
