It’s important to state that my mental health journey is no different to anyone else’s: it’s ongoing and ever-evolving. Everyone has mental health and it’s not just depression or anxiety – it’s a spectrum with a really positive end and a not-so-positive end. Working in the business of mental health doesn’t mean I’m but we will all eventually find ourselves on the lower end of the spectrum.
