The Need for Storage

Several years ago, I offered to draw a layout track plan for a friend of mine, who has since commenced building the layout in a room under his house. As we sent versions of the plan back and forth to each other, alterations were made to my original plan: some of these were things he wanted while others were suggestions I made. However, I couldn't convince him to include ‘adequate’ off-scene storage tracks.
