HAVE just been listening to one of the most charming dealer interviews that I remember and I would recommend it to anyone who is nervous about buying from galleries or shops, whether or not they are interested in rugs and textiles. Ulrike Montigel has been running Galerie Arabesque in Stuttgart, Germany, for 40 years, before which she was a collector of Caucasian rugs.
