With spring well and truly sprung it really does feel like summer is around the corner, doesn’t it? And with perfect timing, a group of experts have compiled a list of Britain’s best (and worst!) cities for breaks based on 25 factors, from green space, listed buildings to crime rates. The list was topped by Bath, swiftly followed by nearby Wells and Bristol. London sneaked in at 11, while Liverpool and Manchester were 19 and 20 respectively.
