My daughters talked me into not buying any clothes this year. Correction – they talked me into not buying any new clothes. They told me in January that new clothes are destroying the planet, clogging up washing machines with plastic and encouraging slave labour.
There are three of them – daughters, that is – all taller and more gorgeous than me. Although I’m 57 and they’re all under 30, so how is that a fair comparison?
