Boy, nine, died of sepsis after being sent home due to ‘miscommunication’ between hospital staff
A young boy died from sepsis after he was sent home due to a miscommunication between staff, an inquest has heard.
Dylan Cope, from Newport, died on December 14 2022 of sepsis from a perforated appendix.
