OR the Frontispiece of COUNTRY LIFE on July 3, 1920, Mrs Edward Hussey was not photographed in a studio, but at her home, seated on a balustrade overlooking the ruins of Scotney Castle, Kent. There was a good reason for this departure; the architectural article in that issue was on Scotney and began with
