Your sex taboos SORTED!

There’s no need to be shy about sex. While not everyone likes to shout from the rooftops about it, it doesn’t mean millions of people aren’t doing it. Or at least trying to get it on between the sheets. The sad fact is, from body woes and low libido to embarrassing noises, taboos can often get in the way of pleasure.

‘As a society, we don’t learn how to talk openly about sex,’ says sex and relationship therapist Kate Moyle. ‘But the earlier issues are addressed, the easier they can be tackled.’
