Smashing Success

ne of my first viral videos when I started cooking on social media was smashburgers. My buddy Rick made them a week or so earlier, and they were delicious! He would smash each burger and top them with a pat of butter, which helps in the browning process and gives the burger a delicious buttery taste and crisp exterior.
