SESAME-CRUSTED PORK & NOODLES

SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS + SOAKING & RESTING COOK 30 MINS

2 tbsp sesame seeds

300g pork fillets

500g fresh chow mein noodles

850g packet frozen (or fresh) stir-fry vegetables

½ cup oyster sauce

1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

2 Spread sesame seeds on a plate. Roll pork over to coat. Heat a large, oiled frying pan on high. Brown pork for 3-4 mins on all sides. Transfer to tray.

3 Bake for 15 mins or
