The outlook was a large drawcard for the owners of this home, who planned to put down roots here with their two young children. “They were in love with the view of the golf course,” says Kitty Lee, whose company did the architecture and interior design with construction by Renotech Building.

A new spotted-gum deck with a roof overhead allows the family to spend plenty of time outside at the large dining setting, which was a second-hand find. Old doors were replaced with designs that extend all the way to the ceiling, opening the vista to be enjoyed from the King Living ‘Fleur’
