1 Sticky sausages wraps
Mix 2 tbsp ketchup with 2 tbsp American mustard and 8 tbsp light muscovado sugar to make a sauce. Barbecue 12 sausages for about 15 mins or until crispy, but not quite cooked through. Brush with the sticky sauce and cook for another 5 mins, basting regularly. Heat 6 flflour tortillas on the barbecue for 30 seconds on each side. Roll the sticky sausages in the wraps, along with some Little Gem lettuce leaves and corn relish. Serves 6.
