BLUE DOMINATE AT CHEFFINS

We had finally got to the first big collective of the year, staged by Cheffins at their HQ at Sutton, Cambridgeshire over 19-20 April. There was a good crowd on the Friday for the literature sale, but on Saturday the crowd was back to prepandemic size, in fact some say it was the biggest ever and they were not all tyre kickers either says Peter Love.

The weather was better on the Friday with the sun coming out for a while but there was a bitter east wind over both days and it was rather dull to say the least on the Saturday. When it came to the first sale on the Friday which featured literature in the morning starting at 9am, the sale was still going at 5pm.
