For any purse
◌ Medium-size Jelly Clip purse frame - see Note
◌ Two 25cm (10in) squares of print fabric (outer purse) see Note
◌ Two 25cm (10in) squares of fabric (lining)
◌ Two 25cm (10in) squares of lightweight fusible interfacing
◌ Fabric or craft glue
◌ Toothpicks
◌ Tailor’s awl or bamboo skewer
◌ Sewing machine

For hexagon purse
◌ 19 assorted print fabric scraps at least 5cm (2in) square
◌ 19 hexagon papers,¾in, or cardboard and stiff paper to make your own
For patchwork purse
◌ 23 assorted print fabric scraps at least 5cm (2in) square
For Dresden Plate purse
◌ Nine assorted yellow print fabric scraps at least 7 x 9cm (2½ x 3½in) (wedges)
◌ One purple print fabric scrap at least 7.5cm (3in) square (centre) ◌ Compass
◌ Cardboard for templates
◌ Stranded embroidery cotton in yellow
