COCONUT CREAMED RICE
SERVES 4 PREP AND COOK: 1 HOUR 30 MINS
¾ cup medium-grain rice
2 cups milk
400ml can coconut milk
⅓ cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Toasted shredded coconut, to decorate
