All-star experience

There was so much to enjoy about attending the NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro, a historic oval track built in 1947. Not least because when the main grandstand was being repaired, it was found to have a vast hidden cavity underneath that may have been a moonshine store, harking back to NASCAR’s rebellious early days. True or not, it’s a great story.
