Breakfast chat

Imagine you are a waitress or a waiter. Let us say serving in the restaurant of a large resort hotel. It offers a buffet breakfast so, whilst there is plenty to do (mainly clearing up) the welcomes given to people are important and there is time for some chat with guests.
