THERE’S NO DENYING Jaguar’s time in Formula 1 was an unmitigated disaster. With no race wins, never mind championships and only a handful of podiums, considering the team’s sizable budget, it was the laughing stock of the grid. This was especially true at the 2004 Monaco Grand Prix but for a totally different reason.

What Jaguar Racing lacked in success it made up for with clever PR stunts. This included the 2003 British Grand Prix when the cars were sponsored and its star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, made several appearances for the team throughout the race weekend.
