The brilliant Sally Phillips’ new series is a passion project of sorts. Her own son, Oliver, has Down’s Syndrome and she’s long been a fierce advocate for diversity on screen.

So when her good friend and fellow Brit, comedian and Bridgerton star Ben Miller, approached Phillips to star in Aussie-based TV series, Austin, she didn’t hesitate.
