PANEER BUTTER MASALA WITH RICE
200g paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 green chillies, slit
2 tomatoes, pureed
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
½ cup fresh cream
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
1 cup basmati rice
Start by cooking the basmati rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, set it aside.
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies to the pan and sauté
