A healthy breakfast will help you stay fuller for longer and reduce mid-morning cravings. Our Tomato Fondue Brilliant Base (p94) is nutrient-rich and here we are adding good fats from avocado and eggs. Smoked tofu gives a flavour boost and a healthy dose of hormone-friendly phytoestrogens.

■ 50-100g Tomato Fondue Brilliant Base (see page 94)■ ½ avocado■ 75g smoked firm tofu■ 2 large eggs■ Fresh parsley (optional)
