Eat yourself happy!

It wasn’t very long ago that chronic fatigue was thought of as being ‘all in the mind’ – and, in fact, it turns out it is. It is now recognised that much of fatigue is driven by an inflamed brain, and certain inflammatory molecules show a connection with fatigue and depression.
