BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN WINGS

8 chicken wings (1.2kg)
1 cup buttermilk
¾ cup plain flour
3 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps sea salt flakes
Vegetable oil, for shallow frying
Mixed salad leaves, to serve
CHILLI SAUCE
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tblsps lemon juice
1 tblsp chilli sauce
Place chicken in a shallow dish. Pour over buttermilk. Turn to coat. Cover.
