It’s no secret that spending too much time sitting is a negative as far as your health is concerned – after all, just a few years ago sitting was labelled ‘the new smoking’ due to how it increases the risk of everything from heart disease to diabetes and some cancers.
Worryingly though, research shows people in Australia are still sitting too much, with some of us regularly spending up to 10 hours a day seated. And unfortunately, even if you’re doing the recommended amount of physical activity each week,
