Anyone who watches Shirley Ballas head up the Strictly Come Dancing judging panel will know that she’s a straight talker. But when you meet her in real life, she’s chatty, funny and completely melts when talking about her baby grandson Banksi.
Her son, Mark, is a pro dancer on the US version of Strictly, Dancing with the, so he lives in the States with his wife of eight years, singer-songwriter BC Jean, and Banksi. But Shirley ensures she has regular catch-ups with them.
