Whole fish always look impressive and are quick to cook.

✱ 4 whole sea bream, each about 350-400g, cleaned and gutted✱ 3 lemons, 1 cut into thin slices, the other 2 halved✱ 2 garlic cloves, sliced✱ 4 fresh bay leaves✱ 4tbsp extra virgin olive oil✱ 1tbsp sherry vinegar✱ 1tsp clear honey✱ 50g raisins✱ 50g flat-leaf parsley, leaves picked✱ 25g pumpkin seeds, toasted✱ 50g feta cheese, crumbled
