Becoming an accomplished woman, there was nothing that Rachel Elizabeth Imani Buckner couldn’t do.

Graduating from Howard University, Washington DC, the 27-year-old student went on to study at the prestigious Golden Gate University School of Law.

She was following in her dad’s footsteps.

And while she was just months away from earning her law degree, in summer last year, Rachel made time for her basketball career, too.

With a large extended family, everyone claimed that Rachel was an ‘infectious spirit’ and that you ‘could not help but smile’ when she was around.

The energy that she radiated made people gravitate towards her.
