SMALL BUT MIGHTY

Strathearn was in at the start of the Scottish craft whisky movement but has been overtaken by much noisier newcomers since its establishment in 2013. Now, however, the Perthshire distillery really has something to shout about.

That something is Strathearn Inaugural Release Single Malt, a whisky that has been garnering high praise since its launch in April. The release has been crafted from 32 ex-bourbon, new oak, and sherry casks, some of which were inherited when Douglas Laing & Co acquired Strathearn Distillery in 2019, along with a portion of spirit distilled under Douglas Laing ownership. A total of 1,700 six-bottle cases have been released.
