arlier this year, women from around the country gathered at the luxurious Sea Island Resort in coastal Georgia in the spirit of entrepreneurship. The Southern Coterie (TSC), a community of small-business owners, added two very special events to their 2024 summit: a marvelous dinner coordinated by Texas jewelry designer Susan Shaw and a presentation awarding the new Phyllis Hoffman DePiano TSC Summit Scholarship to up-and-coming fashion designer Kristen Chester of Casa Danu.
