Bacon-and-Bean Dogs
MAKES 8
8 slices bacon
8 jumbo hot dogs
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
1 (8.3-ounce) can baked beans, warmed
8 pretzel hot dog buns, warmed
½ cup diced tomato
½ cup diced sweet onion
¼ cup pickled sweet jalapeños
Tater Tots, to serve
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each hot dog, and secure ends with wooden picks. Add to grill pan, and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes. Transfer to prepared baking
