FIND A RHYTHM THAT CREATES SPEED

CREATING POWER THROUGH RHYTHM

What we are going to learn here is how we can increase distance, simply by changing the rhythm and cadence of our motion. Chip a series of balls, making sure you keep swing length constant – perhaps clubhead to knee height back and through.

Use a slow, floating rhythm and tempo for the first few balls. Make a note of how far they are travelling.

For the next group, keep the swing length the same… but make your motion more brisk, and bring in a crisp and punchy
