Charred Summer Veg with Herby Ricotta and Hazelnuts

INGREDIENTS:
☐ 3 yellow bell peppers☐ 2 courgettes☐ 2 heads of little gem lettuce☐ 50g blanched hazelnuts☐ 5 tbsp olive oil☐ 150g ricotta☐ 15g fresh basil☐ 15g fresh parsley☐ 1 lemon
METHOD:
