Leon du Preez is an influential Christian leader growing in prominence within South Africa. Happily married to Este-Lee for 13 years, the couple have two daughters and are the founders of Encounter Church.

Working for God’s glory
Growing up in a traditional religious household, Leon knows firsthand how “dead religion” drives one further from God, and how a touch of the supernatural power of Jesus and the Holy Spirit can change one’s life in an instant. Because signs, wonders, and deliverance ministry are often misunderstood, Leon has attracted his fair share of critics (he operates in the role of a prophet in the Body of Christ – Eph 4:11-13).
