The olive oil shot

Some say you should drink a shot of extra-virgin olive oil every day, but how effective is it really? Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fats, particularly oleic acid, which has health-promoting properties, and it contains antioxidants, such as polyphenols and vitamin E, which help to protect cells from oxidative damage and inflammation.
