Hydration for armchair athletes

HIS IS a ridiculously busy year for the armchair sportsman, and I’m exhausted. I’ve done my best to keep match fit, having regularly put my corkscrew-wielding and pouring arms through their paces (honing, toning and buffing them), and was in excellent shape.
