Without a doubt, skateboarding is one of the greatest gifts bestowed upon my life and possibly yours, too. From the opportunities to explore creativity, make new friends, explore places and engage in opportunities that I would've never imagined possible, skateboarding has taught me to open my mind to the vast array of experiences that life can throw at me.

If skateboarding wasn't in, how differently would the world appear to you? For starters, consider the way that skateboarders approach problem-solving, connect with their imagination, and look at the environment to explore the architecture. For instance, skaters look for bumps in the footpath, ditches by the side of the road, open spaces, smooth ledges, stairs, rails, and the obscurities of the modern, urban world.
