GROUNDBREAKING is the only way to describe Lake House in Daylesford, Victoria – and to get this restaurant started the founders literally had to break ground. Starting in 1979, the late artist and builder Allan Wolf-Tasker and his wife, chef Alla Wolf-Tasker AM, spent four years clearing blackberry from their block of land at the swampy end of Lake Daylesford.
