Joel Seth Aronson, RPh, enjoyed a fulfilling career in hospital pharmacy that spanned more than four decades, culminating in his retirement from the Veterans Affairs Medical Center of Providence, Rhode Island, in 2019. Having initially become involved in his profession out of a desire to help others, he went on to serve in various pharmacy settings throughout the course of his career, including at the Boston City Hospital/Boston Medical Center, when during a blizzard in 1978,
