GWA WINGFOIL WORLD TOUR EARLY SEASON WRAP

he GWA Wingfoil World Tour 2024 season opened with a bang in Cape Verde in February, with the first stop of the pure-surfing Wave competition. The legendary break of Ponta Preta on Sal island delivered the greatest conditions seen in a wingfoil Wave competition. The male and female athletes rose to the challenge of the double overhead faces with epic performances. Not to be outdone, the Mondial du Vent in Leucate, France, served up unmatched Tramontana winds in early April.
