Living in Brixham, I was on the water from a young age, travelling to the Channel Islands on the hydrofoil from Torquay and sailing on my father’s yacht. When we went on a family holiday to France, we travelled with Brittany Ferries from Plymouth, and I just wanted to drive the ship.
