A spicy chimichurri dressing brings heaps of flavour to this easy dinner.
YOU WILL NEED
2tbsp soy sauce
6tbsp lime juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
1tbsp chicken seasoning
700g chicken drumsticks
3 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
3tbsp olive oil
For the chimichurri:
1tsp dried chilli flakes
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
2tbsp red wine vinegar
2tbsp each chopped parsley and coriander
